the location has been great as it was close to the station and central main points within the city. The rooms were not half as big as stated on the hotel website. The bath room was not very clean and the room provided was a smoker room rather non-smoker as requested. |

convenient location, very close to main station and tram stop in front of hotel the carpet needs replacement, the staff acknowledges that, and maybe they could clean dust from corners a bit more but for the rest bathroom cleanliness is fine |

The hotel is very old and the looks and feel is disgusting. The whole ambiance is of bad quality, for sure this is not a 4-star hotel! Please give another rate on your website or be honest and say its a bit old fashioned and needs to be modernised. |
